Two Gentlemans Grenache 2007
- The wine exhibits a bright ruby colour with violet hues
and, following this visual display, a delicious aromatic
spectrum of cherries and strawberries leaps out when you
swirl the glass, achieving the purity of fruit that comes
when this variety is handled gently. The red fruits mingle
with anise and clove spices while being supported by a faint
hint of oak. The palate follows a similar line with the
natural fruit sweet characters of Grenache being accompanied
across the palate by a hint of truffles and earthiness.

Rare Tawn Port 'Bernesh Bray'
-This wine is a blend of the ten vintages from 1990-1999.
Each vintage was picked at no less than 17.5 Be when a proportion
of the berries had raisened. after crushing and partial
fermentation on skins the wine was pressed and fortified
with a natural grape spirit before being transferred to
barriques for maturation.
The raisened grape, combine with the 'rancio' of barrel
development and lifted spirit warmth, to deliver a luscious
mouth weight but beautifully clean finish.

Shiraz Cabernet - The aroma is of freshly brushed boots,

Due to the minimal handling in the production of this wine
decanting is recommended. Food combinations would be a spicy
steak (with coriander and black pepper), chicken cacciatore
or possibly a really deluxe pizza.

- The nose displays earth, ripe red fruit scents, such as
those of plum, and fresh mulberries with spicy notes of
cinnamon, cumin, even a dash of tumeric. With breathing
some chocolate notes appear, backed up by a little vanilla
and cedar. The palate is plummy and warm, with great length
and a velvety texture.This wine will show its best with
a little breathing.
